Terms of Service for Executive Coaching and Leadership for Directors

Effective as of January 1, 2026, these terms govern your access to and use of services offered by Chiefora at chiefora.vip. By enrolling in or purchasing any offering, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Chiefora provides executive coaching and leadership development for directors. Our personalized sessions are designed to enhance leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.

2. Information Products

We offer digital materials including e-guides, webinars, and templates to support ongoing professional growth. Access to these resources is granted upon full payment.

3. Tangible Goods

Occasionally, Chiefora offers branded merchandise or printed materials. Such items are shipped to the address provided during the ordering process.

4. Fees and Scheduling

All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars. Scheduling details for coaching sessions will be confirmed via email or phone at +14162322967 after your commitment is received.

5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

5.1 Executive Coaching Services

Clients may request reimbursement up to 7 days before the first scheduled session. To submit a request, contact us via Contact Us. Upon approval, the original payment method will be credited within 14 business days. Session slots can be transferred to another date if notified at least 48 hours in advance. If a session is missed without advance notice, the session fee will be retained by Chiefora.

5.2 Information Products

Digital materials may be reviewed and downloaded immediately. Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 14 days of access. No materials should be distributed or shared. Approved reimbursement will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. After 14 days, all sales are final and non-reimbursable.

5.3 Tangible Goods

If items arrive damaged or defective, you may ship them back within 30 days of receipt. Once the item reaches our facility, we will inspect it and arrange for a replacement or reimbursement. Reimbursement will be arranged within 14 business days of inspection. If you wish to an item, please indicate the desired product when contacting us.

5.4 No Reimbursement Workshops

Certain specialized or group workshops are non-reimbursable. These offerings will be clearly marked as such at the time of enrollment, and fees will be charged in full upon confirmation. This approach ensures resource allocation and quality of experience.

6. Limitation of Liability

Chiefora’s total liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific offering. We are not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from participation.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Toronto.
